I’m Emma, a Product Designer based in Dalarna. I like complex problems, learning new things and turning things that feel messy into something people can actually understand and use.
My path into design wasn’t particularly straight.
Before finding my way into design, I worked in B2B sales, supported people with disabilities and even spent some time as a florist.
I discovered UX almost by accident - and quickly realised I had found a field that brought together many of the things I enjoy: creativity, people, problem-solving, research, business and the constant challenge of figuring out a better way forward.
I studied UX Design at Stockholm Technical Institute from 2020–2022. Since then, I’ve spent four years designing Court22, working across mobile and web for both players and venue operators.
What started as designing individual features gradually grew into taking greater ownership of the wider product experience and design direction - working closely with development and business to make a complex product feel coherent.
